Life Lab Kids Foundation is providing an important service to members of our community and the county at large for populations that are under served. Their vision for growing roots in Ferndale will serve to only strengthen that impact, while at the same time providing a catalytic boost for community and economic activity on our Hilton corridor. Persons with special needs have just as much a right to a full life as anyone. To have an organization providing the specialized services, positive reinforcement and programs that create pathways to that full life in Ferndale, as a city that prides itself on progressive inclusion, its a benefit to our residents and those of the surrounding region, for whom such services are not as readily available as they should be. We look forward to LLK’s continued pursuit of growth and the fulfillment of their vision for the people they serve in our community and beyond.
