Job Description:

As a BCBA/BCaBA at LifeLab, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative work environment in a non-traditional ABA setting (full gym, etc.). You will be responsible for creating a program that is truly unique and client centered.

Qualifications

  • Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • At least two to four years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including at least 120 hours of direct services to individuals with complex behavior problems
  • Solid knowledge of the fundamental principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Ability to work independently, with great attention to details, and prioritize tasks/goals for self and others
  • The ability to conduct themselves as a leader and provide feedback and guidance to all staff

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively as part of a comprehensive team to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Clinical supervision of clients and staff during ABA therapy
  • Collaborate with in-house multi-disciplinary team on effective strategies for clients
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, protocols, and analyze progress and data trends
  • Maintain adequate records of updated treatment plans and client progress
  • Work with parents and caregivers to train and assist them with ABA therapy methods
  • Coordinate and complete insurance authorization benefits for services
  • Administer initial evaluations and re-evaluations for clients
