Juthica Reddy
Founder/Billing and Payments Director
She is the Co-Founder of LifeLab Kids in Ferndale, Michigan, an innovative center inspired by her journey as a parent of a child with autism. Since its opening, she has helped shape a model that brings together up to ten therapeutic and enrichment services under one roof, easing the burden on families while fostering collaboration among staff, caregivers, and community partners to support every child’s growth.

Neelima Depa

She is a Global Human Resources leader with 13+ years of experience in strategic HR, organizational development, and team leadership. As a member of the LifeLab Kids Board of Directors, she applies her expertise in building strong organizational frameworks and people-focused solutions, supporting the mission of creating an integrated, collaborative space for children and families.

Andy Gutman
He is the President of Farbman Group and brings nearly three decades of leadership in real estate to the LifeLab Kids Community Advisory Board, where he focuses on strategic management, integrity, and collaboration. An accomplished author and songwriter, he has published children’s books that inspire creativity and imagination, reflecting his commitment to building strong communities and supporting the next generation.

Erin Van Beek
She is a homeschooling mother from Royal Oak with a background in business economics and experience at the Federal Reserve Board, bringing a parent’s perspective to the LifeLab Kids Advisory Board. Since 2018, her children have participated in multiple therapies at LifeLab, giving her firsthand insight into the impact of integrated, collaborative care and strengthening her commitment to advancing the organization’s mission.

Joe LaFeir
He is the President of Automotive Insights at S&P Global and brings leadership in organizational growth, innovation, and collaboration to the LifeLab Kids Advisory Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors for GreenPath Financial Wellness, combining business acumen with a commitment to community service to help guide LifeLab Kids’ strategic direction and partnerships.

Patty Alba
She brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, administration, and financial management to the LifeLab Kids Board. Having held senior roles at organizations such as The Michigan School of Gardening, Managing Thought, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, she contributes expertise in financial frameworks, operational sustainability, and community service to help LifeLab Kids grow and expand its impact for neurodiverse children and their families.

Scott Wright
He is a licensed builder, developer, and general contractor with over 25 years of experience and now works full-time as a Realtor, combining construction expertise with real estate knowledge to help clients achieve their goals. As a member of the LifeLab Kids Advisory Board, he brings a strong commitment to service and community, using his insight and network to support the organization’s growth and mission.

Sara Gold
She is the Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives Officer for Oakland County and brings nonprofit and government experience to the LifeLab Kids Board. With a background spanning Deloitte’s Monitor Institute, the USDA, and United Way, she focuses on partnerships and programs that support children and families.
