Our Fitness Program provides an inclusive approach to activity-based interventions and fitness. Students work to improve cognitive, emotional, social and physical well-being. The role of our trainer is to help maintain the physical, mental and emotional well-being of students by increasing confidence through mobility and activity. We individualize each Fitness plan to fit the needs and interests of the student to teach a healthy and active lifestyle.
